Veal With Tuna Sauce 1 1/2 kg Veal loin
400 g Canned tuna
100 g Capers
50 g Anchovy
100 g Pickles (pickled vegetables, whatever you desire)
400 ml Mayonnaise
Pan fry veal and slice when cold. Mix tuna, capers, chopped anchovies and chopped pickles and the mayonnaise (like a dressing).
