Veal Goulash (Borjuporkolt)

8 oz Stewing veal
1 md Sized onion
1 Tomato
1 oz Fat
1 t Salt
1 Full tsp. paprika
1 Gill water

Chop the onion finely, and fry it to a golden brown in hot fat. Take it off the heat and add the paprika, salt and tomato (cut into pieces). Put it back on to heat. Add the meat, cut into cubes. Stir it well and add the water. Simmer gently in a covered pan till tender. Before serving you can mix in some sour milk, but this is not essential. Serve with boiled rice, or broken macaroni.
