Chop Suey 1/2 lb Pork, diced
1/2 lb Veal, diced
1 1/2 c Diced celery
2 tb Flour
1 c Water
1 c Diced onions
3 tb Chop suey sauce
2 tb Butter or butter substitute
Salt and pepper
Combine pork and veal. Fry until tender and brown. Add vegetables, water, and butter. Cover. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Combine flour and chop suey sauce. Mix to a smooth paste. Add to first mixture. Stir until blended. Season to taste. Simmer 15 minutes. 6 servings.
