Xmas Meat Pies 3/4 lb Beef
3/4 lb Pork
2 Carrots
1 ts Sage
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb Veal
1 lg Onion
2 Potatoes
1 tb Accent'flavor
1/2 c Celery
Grind meat, add the chopped vegetables, 1 tin consomme, 1/2 tin water, cook on stove 20 minutes. Stir to prevent sticking put in individual pie plates lined with pastry shell. Bake 400 F 20 minutes.
Note: These can be made in a 9" pie shell instead of individual pies
